Woodstock, May 14 - A sad death occurred at the Exchange Hotel yesterday morn. Charles Ferris STULTZ, agent for the Singer sewing machines, had just moved to town and furnished a house when taken sick with pneumonia and after a distressing illness died yesterday. He leaves a wife and two little children. One child is ill. Deceased had been insured for $3,000 in the I.O.F., but had allowed it to drop. He was an Orangeman. His wife was a Miss REID of Newcastle. The remains were taken by boat to Hampstead (Queens Co.) this morn. - 'Globe' - Mrs. Stultz is a d/o Chas. REID.
