William McCOY, a boiler maker, who had for some time been working on the tug boat "Visitor" lying in Walker's slip, has been missing since Tuesday night and fears are entertained that he has fallen overboard and drowned. He started to go on shore about 11 o'clock that eve. and has not been heard from since. McCOY was employed regularly in Dugald McLaughlin & Sons' establishment and has a wife and several children living on Queen St. (St. John)
