David HILL was the name of the sailor who fell overboard from St. John vessel "Mary S. Gibson" which arrived at New York on Sunday last. He was furling a sail in a gale of wind in lat. 41.76 lon. 57.50, April 26th, when he dropped into the sea and was drowned.
