There was a large gathering at the funeral of Mrs. Sarah WILLIAMS, which occurred at the residence of her son 45 Appleton Street yesterday afternoon. Rev. Frank P. Parkin of the Central Methodist Church made a few consoling remarks. After the funeral the remains were conveyed to the depot and started for her native city, St. Stephen, N.B. where they will rest beside those of her husband. - Brocton 'Despatch', 5th.
