A telegram to George B. FOWLER, Dorchester (West. Co.) announces the death of his brother, Wm M. FOWLER at San Francisco, California, 12th inst. The deceased was born in Upham (Kings Co.) but came to this city when quite young and was employed in carpenter work. Some 10 or 12 years ago he removed to San Francisco with his wife, formerly Miss KELLY of this city. There he engaged in extensive building contracts and was quite successful in that line. He was of a happy and cheeful disposition. He was yet a comparatively young man, and no report of his being ill had reached his friends on this side of the continent till the telegram above mentioned was received.
