The funeral of the late Mrs. George PEARSON took place from her residence to the Church of Ascension at Apohaqui (Kings Co.) Saturday morn. Despite the wretched condition of the roads, which in some places are almost impassible for sleigh or wagon, a large number of friends were in attendance. The services were conducted by Rev. H.W. Little, rector of Sussex. The pall bearers were John MANCHESTER, John WANAMAKE, J.A. SINNOTT, Robert WILLIAMS, James WILES and George ELLISON.
