Francis GOOD, a prominent farmer of Jacksontown (Carleton Co.) died Thursday of last week. He had been in failing health for some time, but death came more suddenly at the last than was expected. He left a widow, two sons, William GOOD and Charles GOOD and a daughter. Service was conducted at the house and grave Saturday by Rev. Morgan and Rev. Williams. The pall bearers were D. BURPEE, S. HARPER, Fraser BURTT and George GOOD. Chas. Good of St. John, son of the deceased, was present at the funeral.
