Boston 'News', Jan. 13 - Judge Hopkisn opened the divorce session of the superior court yesterday. It was his first attempt. A fairly handsome, dark-complexioned lady, dressed in a seal skin coat, and evidently is a person of education, came before the court to discover whether she had ever been married. She said her name was Sarah WEBBER or Sarah PEACOCK. In 1875 she was married to Jas. Webber PEACOCK. The ceremony took place in July 1875, but after some two and a half years the fire occurred at St. John and Peacock went there to work his trade of mason. He hasn't shown up since. (see original)
