The 'World' records the death of Patrick FLANAGAN who came here from County Fermanagh, Ireland in 1831. He taught school at Chatham (North. Co.) from that time until a few years ago and was sexton of the Roman Catholic Church from the time of its opening until old age necessitated his retirement.
