Fredericton, Monday April 20 - At Cathedral 7:30 this morn. William DIBBLEE, Esq., Police Magistrate of Woodstock was united to Kate RUEL d/o James RUEL, Esq., Customs Dept. The cermony was performed by Rev. Finlon A. Alexander. The bridesmaids were Miss Rosa RUEL, sister of the bride and Miss Helen BLISS and the groom was attended by Arthur GARDEN and J. Norman WINSLOW.
