Fredericton, July 27 - The funeral of Hon. J.S. SAUNDERS took place at 2 o'clock. The remains were taken to the Cathedral where service was held, then to the old Episcopal burial ground. The mourners were Col. SAUNDERS, Herbert CAMPBELL, Henry CAMPBELL, Mr. PENNIFATHER, Count deBURY, Hon. B. BEVERIDGE, M.L.C., Henry PHAIR, Esq., Hon. Provincial Secretary, Hon. Thos. R. JONES, M.L.C., Dr. JACK. The pallbearers were His. Honor Lieut. Governor, Judge FISHER, Hon. John BECKWITH, A. McL. SEELY, M.L.C., Hon. J.J. FRASER and George BOTSFORD, Esq.
