d. Bengal, India, 8th Dec., Frank EVANS, age 29, only s/o J.I. EVANS, Shediac (West. Co.) He was a member of the Shediac Baptist Church. He was mate under Capt. SPRAGUE and whenever they got into port he first sought a place of worship. His last Sabbath on earth was spent in attending the Ministry of a native Baptist Minister, by whom he was buried on that foreign shore. May God sustain the sorrowing parents and only daughter.
