Judge Fraser held divorce court yesterday. There were two cases, both of which were from Westmorland presented for trial and both were undefended. The first case was Botsford vs. Botsford. Mrs. BOTSFORD, nee Carvell, d/o Lewis CARVELL, ex. Supt. of the Intercolonial Railway, was the plaintif. She is seeking a divorce from her husband, Robt. L. BOTSFORD of Moncton on the ground of adultery. The evidence disclosed the fact that Dr. and Mrs. Botsford were twice married, first, by Rev. Thos. Todd, Baptist at Moncton and six months afterwards by and Episcopal clergyman at Shediac. The other case was that of Emma Alelia ALLEN vs. Watson ALLEN of cape Tormentine, on grounds of adultery. The judgement in all in judgement reserved. GLEANER July 18 - His Honor Judge Parker on Saturday afternoon last granted decrees in the divorce cases of Botsford vs Botsford and Allen vs Allen.
