Our obituary column contains notice this week in New York of a former resident of this county. Frederick M. ELLIOTT was born at Old Ridge and learned the cabinet making trade with the late Thos. CASWELL of Milltown. He was an active worker in church and temperance circles from earliest manhood. He was a brother of Mrs. Andrew MURCHIE,l whom he visited two years ago. He leaves three sons. Robert GILMORE, whose death is recorded in the same column was a brother of Samuel R. GILMORE of this town.
