The ravages made by diphtheria in the family of the late George E. WILSON call forth the sympathy of all citizens. On 17th April, the little girl, Ida WILSON, contracted diphtheria at school (not from clothes sent from Boston as has been stated) and died in a few days. Mr. Wilson caught the disease while attending his child and succumbed, and Mrs. Wilson took it from her husband. She, however, recovered and was able to be out. Yesterday she became suddenly ill after drinking a glass of milk and died in a short time from paralysis of the throat. Two small children are left.
