Last week Thomas KERR, keeper of the Caraquet Island light (Glouc. Co.) while crossing from the mainland to the Island in a boat, it upset and he was drowned. An effort was made to recover his body and in grappling for the body of Mr. KERR's son, drowned about nine months ago, was brought up. Mr. KERR's body was not found.
