There was a large number of friends present in St. Mary's Church, Chatham (North. Co.) yesterday morn. at 8 o'clock to witness the marriage of James GIRVAN of St. John and Miss Bessie GILLESPIE eldest d/o Thomas F. GILLESPIE, Esq., M.P.P. S. GIRVAN, brother of the groom, was the best man. The bridesmaids were Miss PATTISON and little Susie GILLESPIE, sister of the bride. - 'Miramichi Advance'
