Upon the application of Messrs. Daniel & Boyd to Judge Watters of the County Court, an order has been issued to the Sheriff to seize the property of J.N. McMANUS until lately doing business as a clothier on the south side of Market Square. Mr. McManus has taken his departure for England, having purchased a fortnight since at the Allan Line office in this city for "J. MacMAHON and wife".
