On Friday morn., two sons of Thomas BLACKIE sailed on the regular trip to the mackerel fishing grounds off Rustico, P.E.I.. They were accompanied by Theophilus PINEO, Hugh FRASER and J. McALLISTER. On the return while crossing the bar at the entrance of the harbor, the boat was struck by a breaker and instantly upset.
