A correspondent writes that Dr. F.M. BROWN has arrived at Centreville where he intends practicing his profession. The doctor is a graduate of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York. He spent some time in the hospitals in London and while in Great Britain obtained the qualifications of Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians, London; Licentiate Royal College Physicians, Edinburgh and Licentiate of the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow.
