A sudden death took place at Upper Dorchester (West. Co.) on Friday last. Ernest HICKS s/o Isaac HICKS went to his father's barn about ten o'clock. A few minutes after his mother called him, but without response. He was shortly after found dead by his mother on the barn floor. Death is supposed to have been caused by heart disease. The funeral took place Sunday, the pall bearers being G.A. TINGLEY, T. BUCK, J.E. TINGLEY, M. SCURR, B. MARVIN and C.N. BLACK.
