A happy event took place at the residence of Caleb JONES, Kars (Kings Co.) eve. Sept. 19th, when his only daughter, Mary JONES was united in marriage to James CARPENTER youngest s/o Rev. T.W. CARPENTER. The ceremony was performed by Rev. T.W. Carpenter, assisted by Rev. David Long of Norton Station.
