We record this morn. the death of Sylvester Z. EARLE, M.D., which took place yesterday at Hampton. The deceased, who was born in New York, was the son of a Royalist Captain in the Revolutionary war, who at the termination of that unhappy struggle left New York and settled in Kings Co. After receiving a liberal education and graduating in medecine, Dr. Earle began his professional career in Hampton. He was several times elected to the Provincial Legislature. Dr. Earel was one of the oldest coroners in the Province. Besides being a Loyalists, he was a descendant on his mother's side, we believe, of the Polish patriot, ZOBIESKI, some of whose plate is to this day treasured by the family. The deceased, who wass in his 79th year, leaves three childen, ex-Mayor EARLE, (St. John) city, Mrs. Geo. OTTY, Hampton and William EARLE, for many years in the treasurer's office of the Erie Railway, New York. His remains will be interred at Hampton on Monday next. - 'Sun' (GLOBE 6 Dec.:) - We should have also mentioned that Dr. Earle left another daughter, Mrs. William DICKSON of Portland.
