James M. LINDSAY, J.P., New Maryland, died at his residence yesterday from kidney trouble. Since Christmas he has been confined to his house. Deceased was of Scotch descent, but a native of New Maryland. Mr. Lindsay represented New Maryland at the Municipal Board for one year, some years ago. Deceased leaves a wife and one son. He was in his 70th year. Funeral Thursday 2 p.m. Service will be held at the Episcopal Church, New Maryland.
