Geo. E. SNIDER, notice of whose death appeared in the 'Telegraph' yesterday was an active business man. He will be remembered by his long connection with the firm of Cudlip & Snider who did a large importing business. When the firm dissolved partnership, deceased for some time carried on an auction and commission business in the city. He leaves a family of four daughters and three sons. Mrs. John MacLAREN, Mrs. F.T. SHORT and Misses Snider are the daughters, while the sons of George SNIDER, Fred SNIDER and William SNIDER.
