An accident that was attended with fatal results occurred at Acadia Mines, N.S. on 2nd inst. J.P. McLAUGHLIN stepped off the end of a car and fell a distance of 36 feet. The socket of the thigh was broken through and this, added to internal injuries, caused death a day later.
