Isaac THOMPSON, a life long resident of this city, passed away yesterday at the age of 75 years. He had been in poor health for some years, a victim of heart and kidney troubles and had not left the house for many months. He leaves a widow, two sons and two daughters. Deceased was employed for several years about the Star Line wharf in Capt. Akerley's time and for many years earned a livelihood at sawing wood and gardening. The remains will be interred tomorrow afternoon under the auspices of the Salvation Army. Funeral from his residence King Street, just above the Canning factory. Undertakers Adams & Price to direct the arrangements.
