The will of the late Charles H. FAIRWEATHER was probated yesterday morn. He leaves all his household effects, with few exceptions, to his widow, but a silver and china tea set, mantel clock and some paintings, are given to his daughter, Mary Lilian MOREISEY wife of Alfred MORRISEY, also one-seventh of his personal property. The other six sevenths are given to the widow and Mrs. Morrisey's interest is postponed until her mother's death. The will states that Fred R. FAIRWEATHER, a son, has been provided for and that his daughter had received one fourth of his real estate on Dock Street by deed. By a codicil lately made S.S. HALL, his partner, is appointed executor as to the partnership assets with power to continue the business for five years. The estate is valued at $5,000 real and $10,000 personal, G.C. & C.J. Coster, proctors.
