The Halifax 'Chronicle' informs us of a serious accident which occurred at the coal pit of Mr. COLLINS, Little Bras d'Or, C.B., 20th ult. Two young men, John SIMMONS and Peter SIMMONS were working together in their room bolding in a fall of coal, when suddenly the coal fell, crushing one of them and causing immediate death. The other was so severely injured that he died about 2 hours after the accident.
