Letter from E.W.B. dated Wheeler, Colorado, July 24, 1887- Messrs Editors: Maine and New Brunswick are quite well represented here in the west. Oliver COGSWELL, for whom we are working, came here from Wicklow Parish (Carleton Co.) about eight years ago and is doing quite a lumbering business, giving employment to about twenty men. Last spring his brother, Samuel COGSWELL and Sydney LLOYD from Wicklow came here and both are with Mr. Cogswell. (see original for description of Wheeler)
