About a fortnight ago, Abraham W. BELYEA, age 20, s/o Holly BELYEA of Indiantown (St. John) met with a painful accident while coupling cars on the Pittsburg Railraod. The feet were so badly mangles that one of them had to be amputated immediately, but owing to the weak state of the sufferer, the amputation of the other was not performed. His recovery is very doubtful.
