Mr. Oscar HANSON discovered on 11th inst. about a half mile from Hanson's Mills, Lepreaux (Charlotte Co.) the body of a man, which the snow in its rapid disappearance, had given to light. The body was much decayed, the features destroyed and there was no certain indication as to who the unfortunate individual was; but from the fact that a small pack was found within a short distance of the body, it is supposed to be a pedlar last seen thereabouts on 18th March making his way to St. John Road. On a representation of the above to the Coroner of this County, an order was granted for interment.
