Miss Kate IRWIN, an elderly lady who resided with her brother-in-law, Charles BAXTER, 255 City Road (St. John) retired as usual on Sunday night in apparently good health. Soon afterwards Dr. Addy was summoned to attend her, she having taken suddenly ill. Before the doctor arrived she was dead. Coroner Berryman was notified. He went to the house and made enquiries. Finding that death was due to natural causes, he decided not to hold an inquest.
