Referring to the death at Denver, Colorado of Walter G. HOLMES from haemorrhage of the lungs, the 'Eastport Sentinel' says: The deceased was about 33 years of age, son of the late Lewis HOLMES and before going west, which he was compelled to do on account of his health some five years since, he was a successful school teacher at his native place and Grand Manan. At the latter place he married and his widow and son still reside there. Mr. Holmes was engaged in newspaper work at the time of his death, being employed by one of the newspapers of the above city.
