Terrible Railway Accident - A Freight and Working Train in Collision - Died: Angus MURRAY and Edward SHEEHAN. Coroner's Jury: W. GRIFFITH, J. MURPHY, Owen FARRELL, J. McKINNEY, Thomas REED, Dr. Joseph McFARLANE, J. McNAUGHT. Testimony of ROBERTSON, Brakeman - Deceased's occupation on train was Engine Driver. I knew his name to be Angus MURRAY, a native of P.E.I.; Testimony of Dr. Foster McFARLANE. Both bodies were prepared for burial yesterday forenoon. That of MURRAY was taken to his late home and that of SHEEHAN was taken to Fredericton Junction by his father last night. Angus MURRAY was a native of Charlottetown and was between 22 and 23 years of age. He was married about two years ago to a sister of Mr. HUTTON, the oarsman. He leaves a widow and one child about nine mos. old. He was a member of the Carleton Union Lodge of Freemasons. The news of her husband's death was broken to Mrs. MURRAY by her brother John HUTTON. Rev. G.M. Armstrong visited the house of mourning where he was soon joined by Rev. Burgess of whose congregation deceased was a member. (see entry 303)
