A despatch of the 'Telegraph' announces that Friday afternoon, a boat left Charlottetown, P.E.I. containing Mrs. CAHILL, John COCHRANE, and Thomas HALLORAN. They intended to cross North River, but the boat was upset in a heavy gale and swamped, all hands being drowned. On Saturday morn., the body of a woman, believed to be Mrs. CAHILL was found on shore. The bodies of the others had not been recovered.
