The 'Telegraph' reports that the only child of Howard STEEVES of Hillsborough (Albert Co.) a little girl aged 2 1/2 years was so badly burned on Thursday that she died in the afternoon. Her clothes caught fire during her mother's absence from the room for a few minutes.
