The funeral of John MANCHESTER will take place from his residence near Apohaqui (Kings Co.) 2 o'clock this afternoon. The deceased had been a great suffere for a long time. Mr. Manchester came from England to this province 21 years ago and for about 16 years has lived at Apohaqui on a farm purchased from the Saunders estate. He was an intelligent and progressive farmer, but was also a skilful veterinary surgeon. His son, Dr. Manchester of this city took up the same profession. Another son took a special course of study in agriculture that was, however, interrupted by ill health. Deceased leaves a wife and nine childrem. Dr. J.W. MANCHESTER of St. John and Emma MANCHESTER of Newton Falls being the eldest two. The others reside at home.
