d. Bathurst (Glouc. Co.) of Jaundice, 14th inst., William MAXWELL, age 59, member of the Lodge 'St. John' of F. & A. Masons and was for some time Tyler of that Lodge. His remains were interred with Masonic Honors in the burying ground of St. George's Church on 16th inst.
