A telegram received by J.M. HANSON Monday eve. last announced the death at Ashland, Virginia, of his sister Addie HANSON. Her remains are oon the way here and are expected to arrive today by train. Miss Addie Hanson taught school in this town for several terms. She last taught on Deer Island (Charlotte Co.). She left here in December last for a trip south with the view of restoring her shattered health. She remained for a time at her brother's in Beverly, Mass. from which, accompanied by her sister, Annie HANSON, she proceeded south and arrived at Virginia.
