Yesterday's Halifax 'Recorder' says: This morn. gentlemen and ladies were making their way to Grafton St. Methodist Church to witness the marriage of Miss Annie BROWN eldest d/o Edward BROWN, Esq. to Dr. George DEWITT of Chester, N.S. where he has a large practice. bridesmaids: Emma BROWN, her sister, Miss ANDERSON d/o Geo. R. ANDERSON, Esq., the former had a littlle daughter of J.J. HUNT, Esq. by the hand. James DEWITT of Bridgetown, brother of the groom and Albert THOMPSON officiated as groomsmen. The ceremony was performed by Rev. S.B. Dunn.
