The body of Wm COCHRAN was found lying in the mud at the bow of ship "W.H. Corsair" between 7 and 8 o'clock yesterday, some workmen on that vessel being the first to make the discovery. The remains were conveyed to the Dead House. An inquest was held before Coroner Earle in the afternoon 4 o'clock. Evidences given by Miss Sophia DOHERTY, John B. BROWN of Maitland, N.S., mate; Louis LEWIS, master; Dr. Simon D. BROWN, John McNIEL. Verdict 'found drowned'. COCHRAN was about 35 years of age and a caulker by trade.
