It is with regret we announce the death of John KIRBY, Esq., Barrister-at-Law which took place at his father's residence in this city Sunday afternoon. The deceased was a graduate of the University and studied law in the office of D.S. KERR, Esq. The funeral took place Tuesday and was attended by the St. Dunstan's Society of which deceased was an active member during the past 12 months. (see original)
