In a recent issue of the Boston 'Globe' there appeared a despatch from Barre, Vermont stating that Sumner KIMBALL had sold his large quarry at that place to a sindicate composed of T.W. Egan, W.H. Harris and Forsythe & Ingram. The price paid was $20,000. The Mr. Forsythe refrred to is Stephen H. FORSYTHE, a former St. John boy who after having charge of the quarry operations of the New Brunswick Red Granite company at St. George (Charlotte Co.) left there about eleven years ago and settled in Vermont. Mr. Forsythe is a brother-in-law of William McGINLEY of this city.
