On Tuesday eve., Samuel BILLINGS, shipping master, St. Andrews (Charlotte Co.) received a letter from the Secretary of the Relief Assoc. Brunswick, Georgia, announcing the death there 13th inst. of his son, William BILLINGS, after a brief illness from yellow fever. The secretary stated that he had the services of the best physicians, that his remains were entered in the cemetery and that a suitable head board would be placed to mark his last resting place.
