The accident which befell James W. McNEILL on Friday has resulted fatally. Mr. McNeill fell from a staging in Pitfield's shipyard, breaking his thigh and suffering internal injuries. He was taken to the hospital and removed on Saturday to his home where he died at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Mr. McNeill has been a resident of this city for a great number of years. He leaves a widow and one son.
