A once successful merchant in Fredericton city, Timothy McCARTY, died at his home here Thursday afternoon. Mr. McCarty, a native of Cork, Ireland, waas in his 77th year. He was married twice, his second wife surviving him. He had three children, John McCARTY and two daughters, the elder unmarried, the younger the wife of Hon. P.A. LANDRY. Funeral today at 10 o'clock.
