A familiar figure in Woodstock life passed away last week in the person of Charles GODFREY, an aged negro. He was nearly a century old and was noted around town for his bright sayings and repartee. The funeral was held Friday, the following being the pall bearers, Wm DIBBLEE, John McCORMAC, Sam WATTS and G.L. HOLYOKE.
