'World', May 30 - John McKILLOP, a prospector, was drowned in Lasdeau river Friday. He and a companion named Robert ELLIOTT got caught in a log jam and their boat was capsized. Elliott was rescued from the logs after several hours exertion. Mr. Killop was a native of Campbellton (Rest. Co.)
