Nathaniel TOMPKINS of Bridgewater, Maine while in the woods cutting wood on Wednesday 18th last month, slipped and fell hurting his back. He kept on working however until Thursday night when he was taken with a severe pain in his back and head. He lingered till Monday morn. when death came to his relief. Deceased was a son of Samuel TOMPKINS and Sarah TOMPKINS, Bridgewater. He left a wife. He was 24 years old.
